MPEP Revision Tested

As of October 19, 2006, all questions on the computer-delivered registration examination are from the 8th Edition, Revision 4 of the MPEP. No notice has been provided that the examination will move to a new Revision anytime soon. The USPTO will provide at least 90 days notice before the revision changes.

TAPRE Course provides complete preparation for the current Revision 4 exam. Why then do we include Revision 6 with the course? Whenever a new Revision is released, all questions that would be out of date are retired. Therefore, by studying Revision 6 you will be studying the latest law and you will not have to worry about any conflicts between the MPEP content and the questions on the exam.
