Patent Bar Passing Percentage

To pass the patent bar, you must get 70% on the computer-delivered exam. Since only 90 of the 100 questions are graded, that means you must get 63 of the graded questions right. The other 10 questions are beta questions which are being tested and may become live questions on a later exam. How you do on the beta questions does not affect your score.
